Welcome to the PowerPoint short course from Cisco Academy for the Vision Impaired – CAVI.
This course will last 4-5 weeks and include topics such as:
– The Office Ribbons, options and backstage view
– Opening, saving, and printing projects
– Creating presentations
– Adding and editing slides
– Master Slides
– Themes
– Transitions
– Animations
– Adding Images and Multimedia
– Presenting Slide Shows
– And much, much more.
The final week of the course will consist of presentations developed and given by students using skills gained throughout the course.
Course Dates
The course will run on Friday mornings, Perth time, which is Thursday evenings in North America. It will begin on September 18th, 2015 Perth time.

Requirements
This course is designed for use with Jaws or NVDA with Office 2010 or 2013. If you’re running Window Eyes, please let us know ahead of time.
Pricing
The course will cost $80 USD, unless you have taken another Office course with us, in which case you have a $20 discount. Payment will be due before the start of class, unless you have discussed alternative arrangements with us.
